Seiko Prospex PADI Schildpad SRPE99 is een automatisch duikhorloge met professionele specificaties uit de Prospex Sea-collectie van Seiko. Het horloge combineert het kenmerkende Turtle-kastprofiel met een blauwe wijzerplaat, een rood-blauwe, in één richting draaiende ring, een roestvrijstalen kast en een roestvrijstalen armband, wat een zeer herkenbaar PADI-geïnspireerd duikontwerp oplevert.

De Seiko 4R36 automatisch kaliber ondersteunt handmatig opwinden en aanpassing van stopseconden, gebruikt 24 juwelen en biedt een gangreserve van ongeveer 41-uur. De wijzerplaat heeft een dag-/datumweergave en LumiBrite op de wijzers en indexen, met extra LumiBrite op de ring voor een goede zichtbaarheid bij weinig licht. Een Hardlex-kristal, een geschroefde kroon, een geschroefde achterkant van de kast en een waterdichtheid van 200 m / 660 ft duiker completeren de professionele duikspecificatie.
