De CAZ2010.BA0876 is gebouwd rond het race-erfgoed van TAG Heuer en combineert een hoogfrequente automatische chronograaf met een stoere roestvrijstalen kast van 44 mm, een vaste stalen tachymeterring en een fijn geborstelde stalen band. De zwarte opaalkleurige wijzerplaat maakt gebruik van drie duidelijk gescheiden tellers, een datumweergave en ingetogen rode accenten voor een onmiskenbaar op de autosport geïnspireerde look.
Automatische racechronograaf
Het automatische uurwerk TAG Heuer Calibre 16 klopt met 28,800 trillingen per uur (4 Hz) en levert uren, minuten, lopende seconden, datum en chronograaftiming. De chronograaf heeft een centrale 1/4 secondeaanduiding, een 30-minutenteller en een 12-urenteller. De huidige officiële specificatie van TAG Heuer vermeldt een gangreserve van ongeveer 48-uur.
Zwarte opaal wijzerplaat
De zwarte opalen wijzerplaat is gerangschikt met de 30-minutenteller op 12 uur, lopende seconden op 9 uur en de 12-urenteller op 6 uur. Een wit datumvenster bevindt zich op 3 uur. Toegepaste gepolijste indexen en lichtgevende uren- en minutenwijzers ondersteunen de leesbaarheid bij weinig licht, terwijl wijzers met rode punten en minutentrackdetails voor een gericht raceaccent zorgen.
Stalen tachymeterkast
De kast van fijn geborsteld en gepolijst roestvrij staal heeft een diameter van 44 mm en een dikte van 15 mm. De vaste roestvrijstalen ring is voorzien van een tachymeterschaal voor snelheidsberekeningen over een bekende afstand. Een krasbestendig saffierglas beschermt de wijzerplaat, terwijl een vastgeschroefde stalen kroon en een massief stalen achterkant de waterbestendigheid tot 200 meter (660 voet) ondersteunen.
Armband van fijn geborsteld staal
De zilverkleurige roestvrijstalen armband is fijn geborsteld als aanvulling op de kast en sluit met een stalen vouwsluiting die wordt beveiligd met drukknoppen. De geïntegreerde constructie met drie rijen geeft het horloge een substantieel sportprofiel met behoud van een samenhangende, volledig stalen afwerking.
