Die Seiko Prospex SPB149J1 ist eine auf 5.500 Exemplare limitierte Sonderedition zum 55. Jubiläum und eine Neuinterpretation von Seikos wegweisender Taucheruhr aus dem Jahr 1965. Weltweit auf 5.500 Stück limitiert, kombiniert sie ein markantes blaugraues Zifferblatt, eine professionelle Taucherfähigkeit bis 200 Meter und Seikos langjährige Tradition mechanischer Taucheruhren in einem kompakten Edelstahlgehäuse.
Angetrieben vom automatischen Uhrwerk Seiko 6R35, bietet die SPB149J1 Handaufzug, einen Sekundenstopp und eine Gangreserve von ca. 70 Stunden. Das 40,5-mm-Edelstahlgehäuse ist mit einem gewölbten Saphirglas mit Antireflexionsbeschichtung auf der Innenseite, einer einseitig drehbaren Lünette, einer verschraubten Krone und einem verschraubten Gehäuseboden ausgestattet. LumiBrite sorgt auf den Zeigern, Indizes und der Lünette für eine starke Sichtbarkeit bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen.
