Service before chargeable work.If the issue is not covered and a paid repair is available, an estimate can be provided before chargeable work is authorized.

Open a Warranty Support request first. If a return is required, VOLICES will provide the return/service authorization and shipping instructions. Sending a watch without prior authorization may delay identification and service.
