Seiko Prospex Speedtimer SSC927 Solar Chronograph is a U.S. Special Edition inspired by vintage racing colors and Seiko’s 1969 Speedtimer heritage. The bold red dial is contrasted by three black sub-dials and a black tachymeter bezel, giving the watch a strong motorsport character while retaining the everyday versatility of the Prospex Speedtimer line.
Powered by Seiko’s Caliber V192 solar movement, the SSC927 charges from any light source and provides approximately six months of power reserve when fully charged. The chronograph measures elapsed time up to 60 minutes in 1/5-second increments and includes split-time capability, a 24-hour display, power reserve indication and a date calendar.
