The Seiko Prospex SPB149J1 is a 55th Anniversary limited-edition reinterpretation of Seiko’s landmark 1965 diver’s watch. Limited to 5,500 pieces worldwide, it combines a distinctive blue-gray dial, professional 200-meter diver capability and Seiko’s long-running mechanical dive-watch heritage in a compact stainless-steel profile.
Powered by the Seiko 6R35 automatic movement, the SPB149J1 offers manual winding, a stop-seconds function and approximately 70 hours of power reserve. The 40.5 mm stainless-steel case is fitted with a curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inner surface, a unidirectional rotating bezel, screw-down crown and screw case back. LumiBrite is applied to the hands, indexes and bezel for strong low-light visibility.
