The TAG Heuer Formula 1 CAZ1014.FC8196 combines a vivid blue racing chronograph with a reference-specific striped NATO strap. Its 43 mm fine-brushed and polished stainless-steel case frames a blue sunray-brushed dial, fixed blue aluminum tachymeter bezel and bright orange timing accents, while 200-metre water resistance supports confident everyday sport use.
Swiss Quartz Chronograph
The Swiss quartz movement delivers hours, minutes, small seconds, date and precise chronograph timing. Three recessed blue registers form the classic 3-6-9 layout: a 30-minute counter at 9 o’clock, small seconds at 3 o’clock and a 1/10-second counter at 6 o’clock. A bright orange central chronograph seconds hand makes elapsed-time readings immediate.
Blue Sunray Racing Dial
The blue sunray-brushed dial is defined by a large applied 12, polished luminous baton indexes and luminous silver-tone hour and minute hands. A full-color TAG Heuer shield sits below 12, while orange minute-track details and an orange FORMULA 1 signature echo the center stripe of the strap. The angled white date aperture is positioned at approximately 4:30.
43 mm Steel Case and Tachymeter Bezel
The 43 mm stainless-steel case combines fine-brushed and polished surfaces with a fixed blue sandblasted aluminum tachymeter bezel. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial. The screw-down steel crown, two steel chronograph pushers, solid steel caseback and 200-metre / 660-foot water resistance complete the durable Formula 1 construction.
FC8196 Striped NATO Strap
The FC8196 woven nylon strap uses navy-blue outer fields, a bold orange center stripe and two light-gray stripes separated by narrow navy lines. Stainless-steel keepers and a fine-brushed TAG Heuer pin buckle secure the motorsport-inspired design.
