The WAZ2013.BA0842 combines a crisp white dial and black minute flange with TAG Heuer's 43 mm Formula 1 steel architecture. A large outlined 12, date at 3 and single small-seconds display at 6 give this automatic sports watch a distinctive, highly legible layout.
Calibre 6 Automatic
The self-winding TAG Heuer Calibre 6 runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and offers an approximately 42-hour power reserve. It displays hours, minutes, small seconds and date, with no chronograph registers or pushers.
White Dial and Small Seconds
The silver-white dial uses a broad black chapter ring with crisp white timing marks, an oversized outlined Arabic 12 and luminous applied baton indexes. Faceted steel hands contain white luminous inserts. The framed date aperture is positioned at 3 o'clock, while the single small-seconds register at 6 has a white center, black numbered ring and slim red hand.
Formula 1 Steel Construction
The fine-brushed and polished steel case is fitted with a unidirectional steel 60-minute bezel carrying black five-minute numerals and a zero triangle. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, screw-down crown, solid engraved caseback and 200-metre / 660-foot water resistance support active wear.
BA0842 Steel Bracelet
The all-steel BA0842 bracelet uses a broad three-row construction, predominantly fine-brushed finishing and a push-button folding clasp.
