Built with the assertive character of motorsport timing, the TAG Heuer Formula 1 CAZ2012.BA0876 pairs an anthracite-grey sunray-brushed dial with three contrasting black chronograph counters and a fixed black ceramic tachymeter bezel. Red accents across the bezel, flange, subdials and upper chronograph pusher sharpen the racing-inspired design, while the full stainless-steel BA0876 bracelet gives the watch a substantial, versatile finish.
Calibre 16 Automatic Performance
The Swiss-made TAG Heuer Calibre 16 automatic chronograph beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and provides an official power reserve of approximately 48 hours. Its display combines central hours and minutes with a central chronograph seconds hand, a 30-minute counter at 12 o’clock, running seconds at 9 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock and a date window at 3 o’clock.
Motorsport-Inspired Dial
The grey sunray-brushed dial is framed by a black ceramic tachymeter scale with a red TACHYMETRE signature. Applied polished indexes and the hour and minute hands feature luminous treatment for low-light readability. Exactly three black azurage subdials create strong contrast, complemented by red timing accents and the TAG Heuer shield on the right side of the dial.
Steel Case and BA0876 Bracelet
The 44 mm fine-brushed and polished stainless-steel case measures 15 mm thick, with a 21.5 mm lug distance. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the screw-down steel crown, solid steel caseback and 200-metre water resistance support everyday sport use. The reference-specific BA0876 bracelet is an all-stainless-steel, fine-brushed three-link design secured by a steel folding clasp with double push-buttons.
